怎樣保持員工士氣顯得格外重要,否則只能眼巴巴看著員工的離去。到時再說什么“一年前我就猜到你會走”的屁話也只能淪為笑話。
而要怎么激勵員工呢?剛剛在一個軟件編寫的部落格讀了一篇文章,答案相當出人意表,卻很有道理:停止打擊員工士氣。
